Unacceptable Behaviour
Bullying and Harassment
Bullying contravenes the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and will not be tolerated. The support of all employees and contractors is important in monitoring and avoiding practices, attitudes and traditions that lead to harassment.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is an unacceptable form of behaviour, that will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The WGCMA is committed to providing an environment, which is safe, for its employees and free from sexual harassment.
Alcohol and drugs
Being under the influence or in possession of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden during work hours on any WGCMA worksites. Truck drivers and plant operators contracting to the WGCMA must always observe the 0·00 blood alcohol level, as will probationary drivers.
