Corporate Services Officer

About the Role:
As our Corporate Services Officer, you’ll support our Corporate Services Team with the delivery of projects as well as provide executive assistant support to the unit and the Executive Manager – Corporate Services in fulfilling reporting, monitoring and coordination activities as requested.
What will your typical day look like?
- Provide Project and Administrative support to Corporate Services Team.
- Work with the OH&S Committee to assist with project support.
- Provide SharePoint and IT administration assistance.
- Management of pool vehicles administration.

We are looking for someone who will:
- Have sound knowledge of office administration and data management processes and systems.
- Be able to understand and interpret contract agreements.
- Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Display a general working knowledge of organisational functions and context including relevant policies and procedures.
