The West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority may perform ad-hoc or unplanned audits of any worksites without notice. The results and findings of these audits will be shared with you to improve safety standards.

You, the contractor agree that you will:

Receive confirmation of work in the form of a purchase order or short contract.
Keep WGCMA staff informed of work progress, environmental changes, community interactions and any safety issues.
Ensure that WGCMA have current contact details, banking and administrative information.
Provide a legal Tax Invoice, including bank account details, for completed works, via email to accounts@wgcma.vic.gov.au

Thank you for completing this safety induction, a certificate will be emailed to you for your records.
